We hold demonstration classes for corporate and private events. Demos can be of any chocolate topic you wish; such as how to construct a chocolate showpiece, making truffles and molded candies, or conduct chocolate tastings. Groups large and small are welcome. Basic rates start at $200 for the first hour and $50 for each additional hour. Chocolate samples and confections are also available and are priced on a per guest basis.
